Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations of Confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract a cancellation Fee by the Service Provider/Operator. The Operator has a cancellation policy and the following will be applied. $60 booking fee for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival and refund of the balance.
- If less than 30 days notice is given and more than 7 days, 1 days is forfeited and a refund of the balance.
- If less than 7 days notice is given 2 days is forfeited and the rest is given as a future stay.
- The guest will be liable to pay any charges incurred by any Guest including replacements and costs for damage or loss to the property or common property and it contents. The property is to be left clean and tidy with all dishes washed, all rubbish put into bins. Please leave the property well presented.
- Only the number of people designated on check-in may stay in the property overnight.
- There are no refunds for early or unscheduled departures.
- On departure the keys must be returned to the place of key collection by 10am on the day of departure unless otherwise arranged.
- The Managing agent and/or property owner’s description of the property and/or complex and facilities are made in good faith and no responsibility for misdescription or misinterpretation is accepted.
- No responsibility is taken for any property left by a guest at the premises. Please check all wardrobes and drawers before vacating the property.
